Orders Under $75 are a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99
Orders over $75 are free shipping
We ship through USPS. Your tracking number is sent to the email you provided at checkout. You can track your package at www.usps.com. We are not responsible for stolen, missing, lost, undeliverable packages. Once items are out of our hands we are no longer responsible. If there are issues, please contact your local post office and they will help you locate your package.
- We are at a 2-3 business day processing time, we strive to get your order out as quickly as possible. We are closed on Sundays, Mondays, and all major holidays.
- Need an order quicker? The priority shipping option at checkout also includes our rush fee. This means your order will be moved up and shipped out via priority mail.
- All orders are shipped first class, unless upgraded, with a tracking number. We ask that any tracking questions be directed towards USPS.
- It takes an average of 3-9 days for delivery via first class. Priority mail takes an average of 1-3 days for delivery. Again we ask that any tracking questions be directed towards USPS. Depending on where you live this can affect the shipping time. Please be patient and keep in mind we have no control of the package once it has been shipped.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Please remember we can check this via your tracking number. You are eligible for a full refund, minus your original shipping cost, or exchange if your item meets the requirements. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please CONTACT us before you return your item.

Is my item eligible for a return?
Your item must be in its original condition, this includes but not limited to:
- Unused- If there are any signs of wear your item with not be accepted
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Tags still attached
- Free of any odors: cigarette smoke, perfume, animal scent/hair
- Free of any make up or deodorant stains from trying on
- No damage from trying items on
- NOT purchased using a promotional code (New customer codes are ok!)
- Your return must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your items to avoid a 15% restocking fee
- SHOES returned using the shoe box as a shipping container are NOT permitted and will be shipped back to you- The package will either be refused, or you will receive an invoice for return shipping back to you. Shoe boxes are an important part of product presentation.
**If you ordered a very popular, "high risk of sellout" item we suggest placing a new order for your desired size to ensure that you get the size/color you want, and send back the size/color that did not work out, which will be treated as a return.
How to request a return :
Within 48 hours of receiving your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, date ordered, item that you wish to return, and reason you wish to return, we will then tell you if your item is eligible. Please do not send items without contacting us first.
Is there anything I can't return?
The following items are considered Final Sales and cannot be returned:
- All jewelry, hair accessories, handbags, undergarments (bralettes, camis, bandeaus, socks, etc), body suits, and SALE items.
- Items purchased with a promotional code or purchased during a sale/promotional period. First time customer codes are ok!
Return Shipping Fees
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or undelivered packages. It is buyers responsibility to get tracking information for return shipments, we also recommend insuring the package.
We carefully inspect each items before we sell it in our shop, however on the off chance that you do receive a defective item, please take a picture of it and send it to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If it is deemed defective then you may return it within 5 days for a full refund and we will send you a shipping label to send it back. Refund will be processed when we receive the item.
***NOTE: Normal wear & tear is not considered damage and not defective, including but not limited to trying on garments that are too small therefore damaging/straining the seams, stains from makeup, and tears from trying on will not be accepted as they cannot be resold.
Items that are sent back in damaged condition will have a 50% restocking fee.
Refunds will be processed on the original form of payment(s). Refunds will be processed when we have received the item.
Can I cancel my purchase?
So sorry, but we do not accept cancellations on orders once they are placed.

For INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS- The Twisted Palomino Boutique is not aware of what your countries Tariff/Customs charges are. This is something you should be aware of if you are purchasing internationally. We are not responsible for the extra Customs Charges your country charges you to get the items sent to you in your country. We are a USA based business that pays USPS shipping charges to ship outside the USA.
